The regular meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association occurred on June 28th, 2024. The meeting commenced at 7:30 PM and was hosted by President Davis.
A concise review of the minutes from the previous meeting was shared.
Subsequently the approval of the minutes, several topics were reviewed including:
- Landscaping plans
- Updates regarding homeowner guidelines
- Maintenance concerns raised by residents
The meeting terminated at 8:30 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for October 12th, 2023. All residents are requested to attend.
